Refund Policy — Saonix

Effective date: 22 July 2026

This policy covers payments made to Saonix for app plans and packages (bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa transfers verified in-app). It does not cover purchases between users of the marketplace — those are agreements between buyer and seller, and Saonix is not a party to them.

1. How activation works

After you transfer the amount and submit your details (with your unique payment code, e.g. SNX-7K3M9Q, and the transaction ID), we verify the payment manually — normally within a few hours during business hours, and no later than 1 working day.

2. Full refund — always

  • You paid but your plan was not activated within 3 working days of submitting correct details.
  • You accidentally paid twice for the same plan (the duplicate is refunded).
  • You transferred more than the plan price (the excess is refunded).
  • Your payment was rejected by us for any reason after the money was received.

3. After activation

Once a 30-day plan is activated and its features are working, the plan period is non-refundable. If a paid feature is materially unavailable due to a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within 3 working days of your report, we will — at your choice — extend your plan by the lost days or refund the unused portion pro-rata.

4. Enterprise and custom plans

Refund terms for yearly or custom Enterprise arrangements are stated in the individual agreement made through the in-app contact process; where nothing is stated, sections 2 and 3 apply pro-rata.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the same JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account the payment came from, within 7 working days of approval. We can only refund to the original sender account.

6. How to request

Email support@saonix.com from your registered email with the subject "Refund request", including your unique payment code (SNX-…), the transaction ID (TID), and a short description. You can see your payment's status anytime on your in-app payments screen.

7. Not refundable

Completed plan periods; plans terminated for violations of our Terms (for example false verification information or fraud); and losses from deals made outside the app against our platform rules.
